Welcome to this festive time of year!
I just returned from an almost 3 week vacation in Switzerland, Germany and France. Despite feeling quite rushed throughout most of the trip, I saw so many amazing things that it makes me want to live in Europe! The history, the food, the lifestyle is something that I fantasize about making a reality.
My husband (and then me!) had a wicked cold during the trip and I was able to walk into pharmacies and purchase homeopathic and herbal products easily and quickly. I rarely get colds so never thought to pack my formulas for the trip! Mistake! I forgot my vitamin packs! Mistake! I overpacked and took the wrong shoes! Mistake! Clearly, I am out of practice traveling…! Despite all that, it was still a wonderful trip. Some pics for you to enjoy.
Upcoming Classes
Recently, a new Wellness Center opened in Richardson called Entelechea. I am conducting some Mat Pilates classes there every week.
Pilates can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Bring your mat and grippy socks.
