Join me this Saturday, November 19 from 11am to 2 pm for a hands-on, scent filled class on aromatherapy. You will make your own custom blends of 6 incense sticks to cleanse and perfume your atmosphere, a 16 oz. sugar scrub, and a 4 oz. body crème.

I am also conducting Mat Pilates classes at Entelechea. The studio has a beautiful hard wood floor with windows overlooking a garden.
Pilates can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Bring your mat, water, and grippy socks.
Pilates will strengthen your body while releasing all that hidden muscular stress.
Of course, private Pilates sessions at my office are also available.
